Craps strategy and rules

Knowing the rules of craps can really help you get started in the game. In this article, we’ll cover some of the basic rules of craps first and then talk about some more complex rules. Once you understand the rules of craps – or at least the rules that apply to most games of chance, like craps – you’ll be ready to increase your chances of winning!

In standard craps, you put bets on the result of a flip, with two dice. There are, however, many other kinds of bets you could make, which will get discuss shortly. However, for now, just go through the simple, basic method to play the game, so you’re clear on basic craps rules. For example, when you bet, you take an “x” on a die, and you add an amount to the bet before rolling the die.

So long as you follow this rule, you should have a fairly good idea of how much money you have to spend, and the odds of winning. Now, there are a few exceptions to this rule – for example, when you are making bets for other people, you don’t always have to add the same amount to each bet, if you don’t win. This means that the bets in this category tend to be smaller, but they can still be profitable, if you win! (For example, if someone bets $10 that he or she will get X amount of points, then if you win, then you walk away with X extra money!)

It’s also important to note that when you bet, you aren’t paying out money to yourself. Instead, you are simply paying out the “pot” – the money at the center of the craps table. When you place your bets, this money is “withdrawed”, and it goes towards paying the wages of the players who have placed their bets. This pot is generally much larger than your own money, so don’t feel like you are taking a “lose by any” attitude.

One of the biggest mistakes that people make in this game is to play with their heads up, rather than their hearts. If you know that you are going to lose, don’t play! However, if you know that you have a decent chance of winning, then you should definitely play! This is because you stand a much better chance at actually winning and having extra money in the end to buy that new video game! You are basically betting your luck, and this usually doesn’t pay off. (If you are serious about playing the game, then you should also make sure you have some money stashed away in case you lose – this will help you get out of early losses and get you started on the road to winning!)

Don’t let pride get in the way of enjoying the great sport of craps. Sure, it is important not to admit when you are losing or getting beat, but remember that there are rules of craps that help to prevent you from getting hurt and help to keep you from getting disqualified! Even if you think you may not like the rules of craps – tell your friend! They probably want to try the game!
